How We Work

Factories are assessed not only on production capability, but on management structure, operational consistency, and their ability to maintain standards over time.
Once a supplier is selected, the focus shifts to coordination and control. Communication is managed directly with factory teams, ensuring clarity around specifications, timelines, and expectations. Sample development is overseen to ensure alignment before production begins.
During production, oversight is maintained through regular updates, factory engagement, and coordination with third-party inspection where required. Quality control is structured to identify issues early, rather than at final shipment.
The objective is not simply to place orders, but to ensure that production runs consistently, predictably, and in line with agreed standards.
